VIBE Marketing Plus is an e-commerce marketing support service which develops and manages locally customized marketing programs and interactive seminars for communities around the world.  The marketing packages will be available to new, small and large companies by way of sales agents; online, telephone and mail orders.  The specialized program assists a business with utilizing effective and affordable marketing solutions; maintaining a priority to use a company’s website to strategically promote the product or service, thus enabling more value to be gained from a website investment. 

The marketing packages sold will be customized by area in terms of advertising resources available and e-commerce knowledge within the community.  The package will provide discounts and contacts of local area advertising; incorporating VIBE’s competition by presenting the program as an opportunity for local advertising services to gain sales through our distribution channels in exchange for discounts to our members.  This aspect of the package is displayed to a business as a pre-developed resource packaged where time and money are saved on the exploration of local advertising; time and money then saved on sales distribution by the advertiser providing the discount.  The marketing package will also consist of the following: a website listing in the Pink Pages in the Valley Vendor, an online advertisement on multiple local online directories, development of a membership business card, representation at tradeshows, honourable mentions in newspapers and radio, Facebook presence, webpage presence, Christmas coupon mail-out and option to purchase additional add-ons. 

Also presented as a networking tool, VIBE Marketing Plus overall is designed to aid and support a community’s economic growth towards the utilization of technological resources.  The marketing programs and seminars developed will provide time-valued relief to business management.  An image of an external e-commerce department available to all existing business in a specific area will allow for a marketing budget to be pooled together minimizing overhead.  This method of marketing will allow for better advertising in conjunction with using websites to strategically multiply options for marketing making it possible for a community to reach global markets without spending a fortune.

Without a website a company is unable to effectively participate in the marketing program available at their location.  VIBE will provide technical support resources outside of the marketing programs in the form of educational seminars, web design and e-commerce developments.  The directive of this service is to assist in the establishment of a professional, valuable and competitive web presence and knowledge base. 

1. Customized Local Marketing Packages

The Valley Market and The Ottawa Market are examples of two sister programs that will be developed and implemented in the first year.  The websites associated with the program will be perceived as online virtual shopping malls that provide local online stores/services a unique marketing opportunity.  The marketing program itself will have a one stop domain link that will list all paid members logo, map, website indirectly and business details.  Each month a large portion of the revenue will be disbursed towards the promotion of online shopping within these markets.  All marketing program sites will be sub levels of a VIBE Marketing Plus e-Commerce support site.  The VIBE website offers loads of free information on e-Commerce, business, online advertising and more. It will also be a resource to find support in developing, maintaining and marketing e-Commerce establishments and websites.

In addition, members on these sites will have their direct link published in the “Pink Pages”, developed by VIBE Marketing Plus and distributed to 15 000 people in the Ottawa Valley who read the “Valley Vendor” which is updated and printed every month.

They will also receive 250 business cards with honourable mention of their local marketing program, a promotional package available only to members which offers discounts on local advertising and a list of other options to choose from as well.
